The high repetition rates of pulsed LOTUS III
can ablate various epidermal lesions with
and is able to coagulate tissue using thermal
effect width the ultra-long pulse mode at 5ms
pulse duration.
The versatility of the LOTUS III
can offer many different settings and
modes ofr a customized treatment
plan for various indications.
As LASER OPTEK's lasers are
technically sound and
and 5ms modes, more skin
indications can be treated
with less downtime and
almost no discomfort.

Next Generation of Skin Resurfacing Technology /
Multiple Laser Modes
ULTRA SHORT PULSE MODE (USP):
The state-of-the-art-LOTUS III advanced technology provides various
solutions to your practice. This is enabled by USP and ULP modes.
LOTUS III ablates skin more efficiently. ranging from superficial to deep
peels, from non-ablative to fully ablative and to fractional resurfacing.
USP, also called COLD Ablation, can make a deep ablation depth width
40usec pulse duration. At this mode, thermal damage can be minimized
by reliably controlled thermal energy, resulting in less pain and less side
effect. This mode is also for the treatment of wrinkles and so on. It can
be programmed to deliver adequate energy for each case.

ULTRA LONG PULSE MODE (ULP):
LOTUS III also provides ULP (Ultra Long Pulse) mode to compensate the
unavailability of coagulation, the biggest weak point of Er:YAG lasers. It
can get the maximized coagulation effect by giving a shallow ablation and
strong thermal effect using 5ms pulse duration.
ULP Mode is for the promotion of skin reproduction by delivering
thermal energy deep into the dermis and stimulating aged skin cells.
By implementing Fractional handpiece, it reduces unnecessary thermal
damage and its even irradiation of energy maximizes the effect.

DOE Fractional Mode
LOTUS III is equipped with the proprietary DOE (Diffraction Optical Element) fractional beam technology.
LASER OPTEK's DOE fractional technology can deliver uniform fluence and energy of each individual fractio
beam, resulting in equal distribution of the fractional energy to the skin, ablation of the skin in a uniform pattern,
and lowering the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, burns, and hypo-pigmentation
The fractional handpiece allows the laser beam to penetrate the dermal layer of the skin to stimulate
regeneration of collagen and elastin. Patients can see remarkable improvement in their skins.
